Grenergy Renovables’ Valkyria transaction

Enertis Applus+ acted as Technical Advisor for Grenergy Renovables in the sale of two solar PV plants totaling 297 MW in capacity and located in Spain. As part of our services, we carried out a Vendor’s Technical Due Diligence within the Valkyria transaction, in which Grenergy Renovables reached an agreement to sell these plants to Allianz Capital Partners for over €270 million, on behalf of Allianz insurance companies and further institutional investors.
