Technical due diligence for the acquisition of a portfolio composed of 25 solar PV projects

Enertis has performed a technical due diligence for the acquisition of a portfolio composed of 22 operational and 3 greenfield solar PV projects across Ukraine.

The scope of works were comprised, among others, of the following tasks: energy yield assessment, operational performance evaluation, in-force guarantees and assessment of main counterparty, financial model review and plant inspection.
