Celsia Solar Bolívar PV project

Enertis Applus+ acted as Owner’s Engineer for one of the first utility-scale PV plants in Colombia, the Celsia Solar Bolívar PV project. As part of its services, Enertis Applus+ reviewed the detailed engineering of the plant and assigned an in-situ team to supervise the construction and commissioning of the project.
