Enertis Acts as Independent Engineer in the acquisition of a 200 MW solar PV portfolio in the US
Enertis, a global consulting and engineering firm specialized in providing technical advisory, engineering, and quality assurance services, leader in the international renewable energy sector, has supported Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) in the acquisition of a solar PV portfolio that accumulates more than 200 MW, distributed amongst 143 commercial and industrial (C&I) sites, situated in four East Coast states in the US.
Enertis has supported Goldman Sachs as independent engineer with the provision of technical due diligence for the acquisition of the portfolio that includes several types of installations, including rooftops, carports and ground mounted systems. The installed power capacity of the sites ranges from 50 kW up to 17 MW and provides the generated electricity mainly to schools, universities, commercial and industrial facilities. The works performed by Enertis’ team have included engineering reviews, energy production estimates, performance analysis and site visits.
