Enertis collaborates with Matrix Renewables as owner’s engineer in 27 solar photovoltaic projects in Chile and Colombia with a total capacity of 260 MWp
- Enertis acted as owner’s engineer for the global alternative asset manager Matrix Renewables in the acquisition of a total of 24 Small Distributed Generation projects with a total capacity of 178 MWp, located in Chile.
- The portfolio includes solar PV projects in operation, under construction and under development.
- Enertis also acted as owner’s engineer in three solar photovoltaic projects located in Colombia with a total capacity of 82 MWp.
Enertis, a leading global consulting and engineering firm in the renewable energy sector and storage solutions, strengthens its collaboration with Matrix Renewables, the global renewable energy platform created and supported by global alternative asset manager TPG and its impact investing platform, The Rise Fund, providing owner’s engineering services for a portfolio of solar photovoltaic projects located in Latin America.
Specifically, Enertis acted as technical advisor to Matrix Renewables in the acquisition and construction of 24 solar photovoltaic projects developed under the Small Distributed Generation (PMGD) program. The projects, located in Chile, have a total capacity of 178 MWp. The portfolio includes projects in operation, under construction and under development. Enertis has performed construction and operation and maintenance contract reviews, detailed engineering review, construction supervision and provisional acceptance verification.
Moreover, Enertis worked as owner’s engineer in three Matrix Renewables’ solar photovoltaic projects located in Colombia, with a total capacity of 82 MWp, providing the same services as the ones mentioned above.
