Enertis Applus+ serves as owner’s engineer for Aleph Capital’s PF ICTIO Alcántara Solar project

Madrid, November 2nd, 2022- Enertis Applus+, a global consulting, engineering, and quality control firm, with extensive expertise in the renewable energy and storage sectors, has provided its engineering services for Aleph Capital’s PF ICTIO Alcántara Solar PV plant, located in the Extremadura region (Spain).

Within the framework of this collaboration with Aleph Capital, an investment fund manager focused exclusively on investment in renewable energy projects, Enertis Applus+ has carried out the engineering for the 30 MWp photovoltaic plant project, the substation, and the 45 kV double-circuit, overhead-underground interconnection line.

Enertis Applus+ also defined and drafted the technical specifications of the main elements of the photovoltaic plant, the substation, and the interconnection line. These services aim at ensuring that the photovoltaic installation meets high-quality standards and that it obtains the necessary administrative authorizations.

In addition, the company has provided key technical advice in the preparation and management of the selection process of bids submitted by Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) companies for the development of the PV plant, the substation, and the interconnection line. As part of the selection process, Enertis Applus+ has carried out a comprehensive analysis and technical evaluation of the bids under the EPC model.
