Enertis advises Banco Sabadell on the financing of four new Solaria solar plants

• Solaria has reached an agreement with Banco Sabadell to finance 59.45 million Euros covering four projects reaching a total power of 108.5 MWp.

• Enertis has completed the Technical Due Diligence for the financing process and will continue to assist during the phase of construction and commissioning of the four projects.

Enertis, a global engineering and consultancy firm and a leader in the renewable energy sector, specializing in solar photovoltaic technology, has acted as Lender’s Technical Advisor to Banco Sabadell during the financing process via Project finance for the four new photovoltaic solar plants of Solaria.

The projects, located in Castilla y León, Castilla La Mancha and Aragón, Spain; will have a total power of 108.5 MWp. Solaria has reached a new agreement with Banco Sabadell to finance the projects requiring financing of 59.45 million Euros.

Solaria has also signed Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) with Repsol for the provision of energy from these projects. Enertis for its part, has elaborated the Technical Due Diligence for financing the projects and will continue to assist during the construction and commissioning phases of all four projects.
